How long will my serenity candle last?
The Serenity Candle Co is committed to ensuring that you get the most from your candle experience. Below are ONLY used for approximate burn times as it could change depending on several other variables. Find out more about your candle care on our Candle Care page.
5oz: 20-25hrs
7oz: 40-45hrs
10oz: 50-55hrs
Why are all serenity candles/products white?
Serenity Candle Co. is all about purity, simplicity, peace and healing. The color white symbolizes new beginnings, wholeness and completion— it is also the color of protection and encouragement. We are The Serenity Candle Co., are devoted to ensuring that each experience is as peaceful and clean as possible. There will be special occasions that we may have colored candles, (i.e. Breast Cancer Awareness, Suicide Prevention and Sexual Assault Awareness months).
does serenity candle co. use any harmful ingredients?
No! We use 100% all natural coconut soy wax, no additives are used in our wax. All of our candles are scented with Phthalate Free fragrance and essential oils. Our wicks are natural coated, cotten/paper braided wick,(paraffin wax free) which helps give a cleaner burn.
which forms of payment do you offer?
We accept Stripe and Paypal for online orders only.
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
When can I expect to receive my serenity package?
WE DO NOT SHIP COD.
We currently ship to U.S. —Canada/International shipping coming soon.
Please allow 2 to 7 business days from the date that your order was placed for shipping.
All orders are shipped Priority through USPS.
If you have not received a tracking number by the 5th business day, please contact us.
We do honor expedited shipping requests for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us for expedited shipping requests.
Due to the nature of our business, we are not responsible for failing to meet requests outside of the 4 to 8 business day time frame.
Delays due occur due to manufacture issues, holidays, etc.
We ship using the address provided through Stripe and/or PayPal and at your time of checkout, please verify that the information is accurate.
cancellation/order changes
In some cases, orders are shipped before 4-8 business days, if you are wanting to cancel your order, change your address, or make any other changes to your order, you may email us at contact@theserenitycandleco.com— there is no guarantee that these changes can be made.
All emails will receive a response within 24 BUSINESS hours. (responses may be delayed due to high volume)
NOTE: No changes will be made after your order has been fulfilled, shipped and/or tracking information sent.
If you realize that your information is incorrect IMMEDIATELY after placing your order, it is imperative that you email us right away, to get the order cancelled or changed.
ANY REQUESTS MADE BEYOND 24 HRS OF ORDER PURCHASE WILL BE ACCESSED A $5.00 PROCESSING FEE IF ORDER IS ELIGIBLE FOR CHANGES.
Returns/damaged items
The Serenity Candle Co., carefully inspects all orders prior to shipping, however, it is the responsibility of the customer and/or authorized representative to thoroughly inspect orders upon receipt and report discrepancies to customer service at contact@theserenitycandleco.com for further instructions on next steps for your claim.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DAMAGES/DEFECTS AND DISCREPANCIES POLICY CAN RESULT IN A DENIED CLAIM.
RETURNS:
We want you to be satisfied and enjoy your Serenity Candle experience, therefore, we will allow returns on your candle within 3-5 business of receiving your candle.
IMPORTANT: Candle MUST be unlit, no defective items caused my customer will be accepted (dropped, dented, lit, or altered in anyway). Customer is responsible for returned shipping,
